i think central chlinergic should b ans, because in tripathi page 101 it is clearly describe that it dose not reverse peripheral muscular paralysis..

it reverses both central &peripheral cholinergic action action. as someone said it doesnt reverse neuromuscular blockade take in account that it only reverse muscarnic action & not nicotinic action which is at neuromuscular action.

Though atropine has both central and peripheral actions, In OPC poisoning atropine is useful only in reversing the peripheral ones.
Central symptoms like restlessness, emotional lability, headache, tremors, drowsiness, confusion, slurred speech, ataxia, coma, convulsions, depression of respiratory and cardiovascular centres cant be reversed by atropine..
