This is an open reply to the gentleman who asked as to why I don't file a case myself but instead ask others to file a case

Only One reason

1. I am past your age and this case is of no use to me

2. I don't have that much cash with me now as to file a case in which I am not going to get benefitted (in short I am not than rich to pay for some one else's case)

Is that clear

The reply is given in the open forum so that any other doctor having the same doubt can also get the answer

icon_twisted.gif yes i did,he told me to explain the point when the days counselling is over as they dont want to waste time in solving such stupid queries.i waited 4 the day and at the end of the day the dghs was very arrogant,he said if i have any problem i should go to sc ,he has nothing to do with this as whole thing is designed by some body else. icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

icon_eek.gif case in sc icon_redface.gif 4 a middle class man like me ha ha ha, icon_cool.gif last year i contrbuted lots to sc cases but nothing much could be done .last year also practically 350 seats were lost as they were reserved and when realloted in second counselling the seats left by the person couldnt be taken back by the next one...,so i know the situation,if some takes the lead then i vil surely support and contribute.but i know practically one thing i have suffered and thats the end for me its over 4 me and thousands like me . icon_razz.gif

You have to file correctly

For example, some one filed a case this year against this system.... That was total waste of money

If they had filed against this particular clause, it could have been easily won....

That is what I am telling.... Plan correctly, read all the rules and then hit at the correct spot, instead of trying to fight long battles..
