I attended Medicine ST1 interview in West Midlands. They had 4 stations, 10min each.

1. Clinical scenario - I was asked to read a history and examination findings of a patient and then discuss the possible differential diagnosis and management. It was about a young asian man presenting with fever, rash and murmur with no signs of meningitis. My d/d- Sepsis, Infective endocarditis, TB and sarcoidosis. Management- ITU/HDU

2. Prioritisation task - Asked to triage patients based on emergency. Situations were- pt in DKA, elderly confused man, Paracetamol overdose, Pt on ward wants to self-discharge, Cardiac arrest

3. Data interpretation - To make diagnosis using CXR, ECG and Blood gas interpretations in a patient admitted with shortness of breath. My diagnosis was Pulmonary embolism

4. Reflective learning with examples - Discuss your reflective learning

Good Luck

Hope you find this helpful
