Now Rotation Roster does not mean simply that 22.5 % of seats are going to be reserved

They have to specify WHICH COURSE in WHICH COLLEGE is going to be reserved this year and WHICH COURSE in which COLLEGE is going to be reserved next year

Does daktar know this simple fact

If now, please see the first page of this thread

What is happening in AIIMS and JIPMER will Happen in each and EVERY College if Rotation Roster is followed

For example if there are only 2 seats in a course in MS orthopaedics in a college, one will go to State Quota

The other seat will be given to ALL India Quota

And when that is given to Reservation, you cannot get that seat even if you are rank 1.....

If you are thinking that in rotation roster that only fixed percentage of seats will be marked for reservation and that colleges will not be specified, YOU ARE WRONG

In rotation Roster, both COLLEGE as well as THE COURSE will be locked

please come to terms with reality.....

I hav been following the debate for beginning.............
Interesting one really......... so many hidden facts hav been revealed

But the most irritating of the whole fact is this:-

Quote:
would like to share my horrible experience too.yesterday, A UR candidate before me was absent and the next sc was absent .the counselling was stoppped for nearly ten minutes to "search and bring " the next SC candidate but no effort was taken to call EVEN ONE UR candidate to fill up UR vaccancy.
i think many of us would have had such experience of "waiting " for an extra sc /st to come up before them....! it was too horrible

This is pure and simple injustice...........

Quote:
Do you accept the fact that SC/ST got more than 22.5 %EVEN WITH ROTATION ROSTER

That is the EXACT point I want to highlight.
YES......In AIIMS oBGY Summer 2007 SC ST is getting more than 22.5%
They are getting 33.3%
BUt that is 1 out of 3 seat.
But 33.3 % of 223 OBGY seat in AIPg is 75 , instead of 22.5% which is 51

Even if YOU accept the ROSTER system, PUPAI.... this system of calling a SC for a SC etc , should be challenged in court.... and should be an easy case to win.
This rule is mixing up the ROSTER and SEAT SPECIFIC RESRVATION SYSTEM.
SCs can be given advantage of a SC seat only and if only SPECIFIC SEATS have been reserved for them.
Otherwise, if MR.XYZ at serial no 10 is absent then MR.ABC at SErial no.11 should get the advantage----- that is the purpose of creating a rOSTER after all.

However, understand the pitfalls of the ROSTER and the ROTATION Sytem completely before you act

Please Daktar...

Don't confuse others....

There are two rosters

1. Rotation Roster, followed in AIIMS and JIPMER , where you cannot get a seat alloted for reserved candidate even if you are rank 1

2. 100 point roster, where ALL Seats are open till Rank 7

Both are rosters...

I am surprised that You cannot even understand this simple fact

This is what I am telling from Day one.... This is exactly against which you have to fight... Don't misdirect the frustations against a good system...

Quick Scroll Daktar, you are a fool not to see the gain in orthopaedics , Paed, 03.17.07 (1 year ago) #90

You still have NOT justified the Seat loss in OBGY in AIPG because 100 point roster was followed.

You have still not accepted this to be a pitfall of your proposed POINT ROster system

I have proved why you shud not compare AIIMS with Aipg counselling. ...You have no logic to defend yourself ....

Stop personal attacks.... RXPG iians are intelligent to see thru u
