hi everyone...

i cleared the march 2007 exam and i took the coaching and i think that coaching is important because they will tell you what to study and what not to , and how to study for indian exam.
No one can teach you 6 years medicine in 3 months what they can teach you what is minimum to pass exam.

They can clear your basics because one you understood that how things happening i am sure anycan pass the exam .

The lectures the books whatever they tell you to read its good.

Actually there are 2 coaching centres main which are teaching foreign students and teachers in both 80 % same so not much differnce but in end its you who is gonna put hardwork because teachers can't make a drink and give in a glass .

rest about books guys someone said sarp series its not that helpful because for that you should know the basics and sarp series the book of all the previous years questions nothing much.

any how you can contact me for any question.

with regards

hi
coaching notes are good.read sarp for PSM .biochem too u can read frm sarp.it has pts which r frequently asked questions,so its nice to keep readin it ,for revision etc.biochem has to be read several times.optho class note r good,n attend all the lectures of optho sir(mr.rai's)coz he makes u learn it all in his class itself.medicine is vast ,u should ve a general idea about diseases,n u should be able to ans med questions, not too difficult.surgery class notes r enough.

hi.......there are a few subjects that should be done thoroughly.....though there is no trend but what i have noticed is tht questions from surgery, OBG, micro, patho are many.....so if u r thorough with these subjects it really helps......short subjects like ENT ,ophthal, psych n dermat etc should be dealt with on a day to day basis.....as soon as you are taught u should revise it n do as many questions as possible.....medicine is too vast .....not worth it to slog on just one subject, not meaning that it should be neglected......few repetitive topics should be thorough......
