Yaar all depends on person to person!!
my eldeer brother cleared 3 part exam of old pattern exam in 1st attempt without coaching-!

But myself i was benefitted by Diams!!

Its good coaching!!

But if u have differnt style of study-- i mean alone --go for without coaching!!
Else if u think like people like me!! the more senses u use it becomes easier to memorise things--u read it u listen it u discuss it-- moreover if u have done it in internship--i dont think questions related to tht topics will b difficult to solve:)

i am staying in gautam nagar,and attended both diams and Afmg,and my personal opinion is that both the coaching has 70% same teachers,how ever since AFMG is run by doctors themselves,it has a more professional approach n more personalised attention for each student..
the student teacher ratio is also much better then diams..
i cleared the exam,finished my internship n now have cleared my USMLE Step 1..

dear doctor have u heard of AFMG , coaching is necssary from our point of concern ,because what we idealy need is an insight into the mcqs
somebody who can make our concepts clear yet prepare us for for exams something which needs an altogether different apporach and AFMG IS ONE SUCH COACHING INSTITUTE , which understands us as doctors as it is an intitute for the doctors and by the doctors
