Sorry I skipped your second post.

Sepulveda has traffic during the business hours. However you will leave early for your exam. So you shouldn`t have a problem. Enquire with the receptionist if they can provide a shuttle to drop you at the CS centre.. or at least pick you up from the airport.

thx. yes they charged my Credit Card already....

thats exactly my biggest concern.... at least b4 the actual exam , time (or the lack of it) shouldt be an issue !... what do u suggest ?

Ask the hotel to call a cab for you.
Get the toll free number for Access taxi or Yellow Cab from from your hotel.
Transport isn`t a problem if you are ready to pay.
Try to check out the CS center the day before your exam. Call the center for landmarks.
If you pre- arrange everything , you will be right on time and cool before the exam.
