i th ink its better u move towards the humanrights commission or moving the case with money lended from somewhere and those who get admissions are likely to contribute 4 that.i think most are not responding since they r not sure of their seats and it is the responsibility of those who get admission to pay back the money that was used up for the same.those with ranks near to the last ranks can better contribute.its wise to make contributions from those who r having better ranks than from the others.i have just suggested a solution pls dont scold me
