if u r happy with ur job than keep one thing in ur mind if u pass PLAB there is no gurantee of job
if u have been working at a senior post in ur country than u ll work here as a sho first
and if u have done royal college exams than go for PLAB exemption
being in late 30s or 40s make no difference
frankly speaking u can not compete for a consultant post so a max of a middle grade post
dont keep high hopes in present circumstances
i know a doctor is always a doctor and when u r away u think to come back in ur field but those who are in nhs think to do a non nhs job
grass is always green on other side
with kids and family committemtns its difficlt to study i know it very well
keep PLAB as a second option if u r happy with ur job
i am in system
i was very excited when i got the job
now every day i think to quit it
man is never satisfied

u r the best person who can dicide about u
try if successful good if not than dont repent u r still better than lot

regards
guardian

a dependent can do a full time job
if you are registered with gmc
than u need a uk reference and that can only b done after doing a cl attachment
if u have that than u can get registered with any locum agency and than the chance of locums will appear
same is the case of fp
u can apply for the fp coming in the nhs job or bmjcareer website
better do an attachment
