I am still confused about the eligibility. Can someone help me? The prospectus says "A “failure” in examination, Compartment or reappear in one or moresubjects will constitute an attempt." and also says "The candidates who have made more than one attempt in their MBBS/ BDS career are not eligible for MD/MS/MDS House Job (Oral Health Sciences) courses."
What does this mean?? Is not the first fresh appearance considered an attempt?
