well,going by d no. of seats i.e 14 in NIMHANS n only 7 in CIP,i thnk it's advisable 2 go 4 NIMHANS ...but as an institute CIP is rated as d asia's best...........there lies d dilemma in opting betwixt d 2..........as about shady policies,i don't think anythng like that happens in any reputed instis....it's only rumors spread by d losers at exams..sheer nonsense budding out of frustration n failure..............
