Download the Application form, Fill it, enclose it with the DD and send it to the Director, NIMHANS
, Hosur Road, Bangalore – 560 029.
The Application form is in PDF format. You need Acrobat Reader in your PC to view it. If Acrobat Reader is not installed, you can download it from

Its a 30MB file. Will download in 3-5 minutes in a 2MBPS Broadband connection. 56KBPS DialUp users need to wait 30-45 minutes for the same.
