i am sivalingam thayaparan.i was gratuated from russian medical academy on last month so i am new medical doctor. now i am in sri lanka.i want to take a work in Australia because of many problem in sri lanka.i lost my father by this war and some of my family members also died by this war. its means we are not terrorists.we just simple people. in sri lanka there is no any life security for us.so please sir take mention of our family and give me the simple tips in any medical firm in Australia

You still seem to be living in the colonial days.
If you are interested in working in any developed country you should change your South Asian ways now. Do not use "sir", "respected sir" or "I am your humble servant". They were used by the brits in the good old days when they ruled the world but they don't use them anymore. A specialist who is supervising you is considered a colleague, so you call them by name e.g. Dr.Clark
