Rain Gods save Australia !!!!


After a dismal batting performance...wt atleast 4 interruptions in the game due to rain..team India managed a score of 194..thanks to some spirited batting performance by the skipper Dhoni who was well supported by Bhajji & Pathan...

Set to chase a revised target of 141 fr 26 overs the Aussies had their back against the wall when the Indian seamers had them in all sorts of trouble @ 51/3 with gilchrist, hopes & Punter cooling their heals in the pavilion!!!

Wt Symmo & clarke @ the crease & the ball zippin around on the wet pitch... the aussies would have thanked their stars for havin been able to share the honours at the end of the day...

Beware, Australia ....

You have already wounded the TIGER..
Now the only way the TIGER can reply is to FIGHT BACK & that too with all that it has got...!!!

Ind vs Aus--4th ODI, MCG

Indian seamers draw first blood.

Australia were tottering at 78/5 @ the end of 19 overs after some inspired bowling performance by young Ishant Sharma who grabbed three crucial wickets of Matty Hayden, Ricky Ponting & Andrew Symonds.

On the other Sreesanth supposed to be a doubtful starter for this match, struck in his very 1st over when he trapped the dangerous gilchrist plumb in front of the wkt...

Irfan 'lucky' Pathan soon after being introduced into the attack was the coz of the 'Pup's' downfall...

Now only the last recognised battin pair of Mike Hussey & Haddin are on crease....
Best way to dismiss Hussey is to crack a joke & make him smile... why????

Hmmm........ sooo many days & no posts.. bahut naai-nsaafi hai thakur!!!!

Ok... now that India are in the finals of the tri-series... what do you think guyz....?

do we have a chance to win the series (as Sachin said to an aussie fan...that we'll win the series in the 1st 2 games itself!!!)

I think thats too optimistic.... but even if we manage to win the series 2-1, will not be bad enuf!!!!

Aussie Confidence has been dented...

reasons...





1) they themselves know that they're no more the invincibles...

2) their loss to SL...in he prev match

&
3) their loss to india previously....




The Indian Seamers have troubled the aussies like never before....

Young Ishant has been Ricky 'Punter' Ponting's nemesis....
'Rookie' Praveen Kumar has been a discovery!!!
& Pathan & Bhajji have been the backbone of the Indian attack..& provided the much needed solidarity!!!

Wt such a strong bowling attack... & an excellent batting line up atleast on paper icon_wink.gif ....Team India should go all out against the Oz atleast in the 1st match coz thats goin to decide th course of the series!!!

Hey BGM, even i'm one of them....

There is no 'better' sight in world cricket than a 'Tendulkar-Ton' & the subsequent raise of the bat to acknowledge the applause....

i guess there is no other player who has played cricket...& at the same time given immense joy to the millions of followers all around the world..... that too since almost 18 years....

They just ended the Aussie dominance.
What a way to respond to the "weed" comments.
Bhajji got both Hayden and Symonds in both the finals.
Just shows there are much better way to react to verbal insults.
Sachin is just like Old wine, he gets better and better!
Dhoni has proved that he is a great strategist and a leader.
And the youngsters too proved that the future on Indian Cricket is bright.
