today here in nagpur we guys went to lawyer & got the info about exact protocol needed in our case..
1st thing 1st- we should bring our grivieances to the notice of DMER & concerned local Designated authority in "writing"...
2nd thing- we should apply for verification of mark,,as per provision of DMER.
3rd- if we dun get any positive response/negative response/non-response,,then we can go to court of law and bring stay on final merit list & further procedure....

we guys here r going to follow this same protocol .....

guys at other places should remain intouch with each other for further proceedings.......

and for those in mumbai .......
hi...we met at dmer office today and later had meeting with senior high court lawyer.....on basis of discussions with him we r goin send an application to dmer to rectify the presumed mistake in model answer key..in case a positive response does not come we will file a petition .......
so tomorrow i request u guys to come at dmer office in st george vt at 11 am to sign on the application......and do fill in the reveification form also........

all the guys n gals of nagpur willing to join legal fight against DMER ---

should gather at student section(GMC) near dean's office..
2mrw that is on 12th feb around 11AM,,we all have to sign a written application for rectification of answer key......

same protocol like that of mumbai.......

on personal front,,everybody has to send application for verification of marks in prescribed proforma as given in our propectus......

i m going to dmer 2maro from pune to join mumbai students.
i think victims from pune ,nagpur ,aurangabad,solapur should also gather
at dmer on 12th feb around 11am.
i think we have to make an application of affected candidates with their
name ,roll number and sign.so all victims from all possible cities should cm to mumbai in maximum streangth sothat dmer will understand the depth of problem
