hey friends,good news is that ,our case has become more stronger than before,
new judges first tried to understand the matter in depth and agreed our view.
to bring the transparency in whole exam system he has set a panel of arond 5 judges,that means new judge is taking this case very seriously and want some concrete things tobe done for transparency in the exam,
henceforth our case will become a bench mark case for all transparency related cases and will be referred whenever necessary in future

now pour next hearing and probabaly final will be on 28th april
but guys we more funds to fight the case till the end,we have already put our common account number on this forum ,so it will be better for us if we can collect descent amount of funds and we can hire a better lawyer to fight our case.
u can contribute by whatever means u can,e.g. u can take help of any organization,professors,students,interns,

if this is true then i request people to contribute to the case. even if it doesnt help this year, it will make exam more transparent from next year. so those preparing for next exam must help themselves by contributing to the case.

boxer can you please elaborate on what points were raised in court .is it possible that the court will make dmer issue answer keys/release question papers henceforth?? i would like to contribute if there appears to be a realistic chance of that happening

thanx for those who have contributed,but what about others who havent contributed?guys this is not my own battle but its everybodys battle who believe in transparency and want to fight against this corrupted system!!!!!!!
as this matter is not only concerned about this pgcet but for all future cet also ,so i think u people should also convince mbbs students and interns also

if we win this case everybudy will be benefitted but very few are ready to contribute before the courts decision,guys this kind of attitude is not going to help u in future!!
