Automatic Bookmark Backup

Now this is a new feature in firefox which can reduce the popularity of foxmarks extension.
Firefox 3 will now automatically backup all your bookmarks.

Change in the "Remember Password?" notification

Firefox 3.0 will have a more slim and un-obtrusive 'Remember Password?" notification.
In the older versions the message box halts the web page loading and it continues only when we press a command.
However in Firefox 3.0 the web page will load even if we don't press any of the commands.

Firefox 3 Beta 4 is incredibly fast!
Its compatible with most of the add-ons and
It uses less memory than firefox 2.
Any slowdowns or memory leaks are not due to bugs but due to out dated add-ons.

Firefox 3 is still hogging my PC's memory. Not much of an improvement.

A browser needs atleast 50MB of RAM to run. This can go even upto 200MB depending upon the amount of add-ons, plugins and content. So a RAM of atleast 512MB is recommended to run a current day browser in full swing. i.e without any slowdowns.

Its not a real browser but a web application.
It uses only half the memory when compared to the other browsers.

Firefox 3 RC 1 Released

Mozilla has released its Release Candidate version of the Firefox 3.
'Release Candidate' means this version can be the final Firefox 3.
