pls tell me more about the exam,how to prepare for it?when is the right time to take it in order to get best residency offer?how is it conducted?r there anycoaching centers for them?s there marks or just pass/fail criteria.how is it diferent from Step CS?

hey pl guys tell me abt the books i need to read, n whats the minimum time i need to put in considering 8-10 hrs a day...will 2 months be sufficient? and how abt the score reporting, how much time will that take/ does not having a step 3 score completely rule out hte chances of getting an h1 or are they difficult to get but not impossible..kindly throw some light on this

i m planning to take step 3 in early -mid jan 07..can i expect to get my result by the time i start my residency program, will they consider it if i dont have the score on the day of match but if its underway n i present it before i start the program..coz the h1 b visa process also takes 2-3 wks time i guess
