I repeat again, how will IMA help us?
BY Acknowledging our concerns is not helping us.
How are things going to be implemented to help us and how? Only then we can COMMUNICATE exactly what we need and how we need. I dont think you need us to write a bunch of random messages to IMA demanding more pay and respect. I believe we should communicate how in effectivity steps should be taken by us and other organizations to improve our position.
I believe your cause is good, but its improperly planned. And i dont think its that easy. And not only IMA< but we doctors have to act upon alot of issues to bring up the 'DIGNITY' issue.

hello , are everybody busy with our works and duties , when there is so much of degradation going around us without our knowledge?
If the person who has started this thread has become frustated with no replies., I think the issue would have been started in every other place like this in india and die off with no further improvements and directions!!!!!!!!
please everybody suggest something regarding this !!
this is too late because already the society has started to have its own views on a doctor
