Dear Doctor,

I think I have answered all the questions.... Most of your points were based on guess work....

If you want any proof, just ask the appointment order of some one who has been posted and check whether

it is under Contract (as you have imagined)

or

Under relaxation of / by Rule 10 A 1

-oOo-

Once you have seen that with your own eyes, please ask any KNOWLEDGEABLE Person (not some fraud AEE who gives wrong information icon_smile.gif and cheats others) as to what 10 A 1 appointment means

-oOo-

Also you can yourself confirm that ALL DOCTORS who were working in Consolidated pay has been brought to time scale of Pay in Tamil Nadu (so your second argument on saving money is totally baseless and false)

-oOo-

Any other doubts and i am ready to explain

The conduct of TNPSC has been delayed because of litigations and nothing else

I understand that few guys have been deliberately spreading false news confusing innocent doctors like rags83 about the advantages of Rural Service Bond

I request the rumour mongers to have some self decency and restrain from posting wrong news

I request other members to clarify any doubts instead of just imagining or going by the wrong news

-oOo-

Do you know that few of the guys who were shouting to the Health Secretary last November were among the 150 appointed last month when they came to know that

The appointment is permanent (if the doctor wishes)
The doctors appointed can write Super specialty after 3 years as Service Candidates

based on the message of Rags83, I think people are against the Post PG Rural Service not because they do not want to work in Villages, but because they have been told wrong information about that...

Please note that the ALL DOCTORS have been brought to time scale of Pay and this "thats only cos govt doesnt want to take docs n pay them prop salaries" argument is not valid and the proof is

al is wel n good but if its so good it brings us to square 1 y the bond. obv thngs r not as simple
n dont tel me govt only wants ppl who r willing to work for it cos the bond amt is def not so huge that a majority can easily pay it
so govt is just making money. monetary bonds never ensure ppl stay
n ya by the way considering u just joined ur pg course this how cum u hav al this up to date inf which AEE working in govt dont have????????/
c if govt made al docs perm they wudnt b able to employ even those passing outta service in 3yrs time
as of now the govt doesnt need docs it needs infrastructure first.
n if lotsa radiologists are ready to stay then y has govt brought this exc res scheme
u had said in ur prev posts that its due to shortage of these docs in govt???????????????
if 80% passouts r filing cases to get the coveted govt job y is the govt facing shortage
dont tel me 20% holds the key solution
n if the no opting for pvt sector is so little then govt cant b facing shortages in any dept
n ya i wud like to give u a reason for a lot of ppl who stay in govt prac beyon 50. lotsa ppl i kno make sure their pvt prac doesnt suffer(usually the govt job suffers as a result) , they utilise al their leave n more, n sum even give vrs. n govt service comes wit its own benefits no doubt. so ppl make sure they hav best of both worlds. ther r others who reckon they cant take the poor infrastructure n lack of responsibility n decide better to stay in pvt n do sumthnig gud

about 1 yr central service.

only preliminary details about 4-4-4 months only has been given by our health minister.he didnt mentioned about leave and various other issues.Still salary has not been fixed.i have posted the sambasiva rao recommendations of salary and others details in another thread .

It is surprising that someone has come with so many fixed details regarding 1 yr service which even our healthminister has not briefed the media publicly or disclosed in a official release .

I have stopped replying 10 posts before and still the moderator has been pulling my name in all his threads.lol.funny .

About 2 yrs service ,now only few people have joined and it will take 3 yrs for them to finish(i mean 2008 batch alone) then only we can see whether they are given permanent jobs.Only time will tell.somebody who is not a govt.authority incharge of this giving assurance that it is a permanent job is a false propoganda.

Members have always maintained decency in the posts rather than the advisor himself. If the advisor does a retrospective study of the posts,it will be evident who has provoked others with indecent personal remarks.

The up to date information is available in the government web site
The AEE Working did not check anything. He has just blabbered...(or some one has used AEE's name.
THe proof is for every one to see (I have already given the links)

By the way, what prevents some one from having up to date information.

Quote:
c if govt made al docs perm they wudnt b able to employ even those passing outta service in 3yrs time

Asof now, with 19 medical colleges, there are lots of vacancies

Quote:
as of now the govt doesnt need docs it needs infrastructure first.

It needs INFRASTRUCTURE + DOCTORS.,.. Not only infrastructure

Quote:
n if lotsa radiologists are ready to stay then y has govt brought this exc res scheme

That is why they brought Radiology into the Exclusive Category

Quote:
u had said in ur prev posts that its due to shortage of these docs in govt???????????????

Dear Doctor,

Till 2007, 80 % did not get job icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif

This post PG bond has been implemented from 2007 only... So the shortage which was till 2006 is being address now only

Is that clear or is there any doubt

Quote:
dont tel me 20% holds the key solution
n if the no opting for pvt sector is so little then govt cant b facing shortages in any dept

I think I have answered above

Quote:
n ya i wud like to give u a reason for a lot of ppl who stay in govt prac beyon 50. lotsa ppl i kno make sure their pvt prac doesnt suffer(usually the govt job suffers as a result) , they utilise al their leave n more, n sum even give vrs.

Great.... It was this point (that there is no retirement in TN GOvt) that started all this argument..... Please tell this loud and clear ....That Doctors give VRS

Quote:
n govt service comes wit its own benefits no doubt. so ppl make sure they hav best of both worlds.

Yes

Quote:
ther r others who reckon they cant take the poor infrastructure n lack of responsibility n decide better to stay in pvt n do sumthnig gud

This is what I am also telling

If you want to work in Govt, choice
If you don't want to work, that is your choice

But please don't tell that NO ONE WANTS Government Service, when hundreds of doctors are even going to court to get employment (proof already given)

But he gave enough to tell the nature of service

There are only few categories for professional Service

1. Contract fees
2. Wages
3. Salary

It has been already confirmed that the one year rural service will come under the first category
