RELAXING 10 A 1 RULE AND GIVING APPOINTMENT IS NOT A PERMANENT JOB.IN THE APPOINTMENT ORDER U CAN SEE THE WORDINGS-APPOINTMENT IS ON PURELY TEMPORARY BASIS AND CAN BE CANCELLED ANY TIME WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON. I AM TELLING THIS BECAUSE I HAVE JOINED IN SERVICE UNDER 10 A1 DURING 2002,AND I AM STILL HAVING THAT ORDER.

2. What was your initial salary at that time
3. What is your salary now
4. Are you still in service or dismissed

Those who are appointed under 10 A 1 are appointed on temporary basis, and will be made permanent after clearing Special TNPSC
/Accounts Test for EO / Departmental test in Medical Code
Then you will be placed under probation
Only after 2 years of probation, the appointment is permanent
-oOo-
But this is different from Contract appointment, where your appointment is itself for fixed tenure

For record,
you can get a permanent job through 3 ways
1.TNPSC
2. Under 10 A 1
3. Relaxation of 10 A 1
In 2nd and 3rd, your appointment is provisional to passing Special TNPSC
. So they give it as temporarily appointed

THE 10 A I APPOINTMENT NEED NOT BE REGULARISED,IT IS UPTO THE GOVT. WHETHER IT CAN BE REGULARISED OR NOT. 10 YEARS BACK SIDDHA MEDICAL OFFICERS APPOINTED THROUGH 10 A 1 HAVE BEEN OOZED OUT FROM SERVICE.YOU CANNOT ASSURE THE 10 A 1 JOB IS GOING TO BE REGULARISED THROUGH TNPSC
