i think the Q is asking about the "non exposed to the lead"
in that case then the level of coproporphyrin in the urine greater than 150 micrograms/litre indicates exposure to lead.
other values:_
ALA levels in urine > 5mg/lit indicates clearly lead absorption
lead in urine > 0.8 mg/lit indicates lead exposure and absorption
lead level in blood > 79 ug/100ml is associated with clinical symptoms.
