pliz remember lower lobe pulmonary veins dont contribute to radiological hilum..it is formed by pulmonary artery, upper lobe pulm vein, bronchus...

tell me which hilum is higher??

because the left pulmonary artery is superior to bronchus while right pulmonary artery is anterior...
