1.20 yr old nullipara presents with irregular vaginal bleeding+gives a history of abortion at 3 months last year. on investigating, her hcg levels are high but her chest xray, abd scan, and pelvic examination aer normal.d&c revealed gestational trophoblastic neoplasm

2.30 yr old multigravida comes with uterine bleeding and raised hcg titres.she gives a h/o therapeutic abortion and tubal ligation 3 months back. her pelvic examination,plevic scan and chest xray are normal. d&c revealed gestational trophoblastic neoplasm.

3.43 yr old grand multipara who hada a tubal ligation test comes 12 wks after her LMP with c/o vaginal bleeding.on examination,her uterus is enlarged to the level of the umblicus and very light hcg titres. flat plate of the abdomen reveals no fetal skeleton. u/s reveals no gestational sac or fetus
