HI,
I can ans two of ur questions:
Vaccine CI in immunodeficient: are all live vaccine--so ideally both oral polio & BCG.But in developing countries,BCG is still given. So,its upto u--to decide the right one.
2.To prevent teteanus in neonate---give tetanus toxoid to mother. That's what we practise, right.
bye ,all th best

constitutional symptoms are more commonly seen with Hodgkin's than in Non hodgkin's lymphoma.
the Ann Arbour classification takes the systemic symptoms ,specifically for staging the hodgkin's disease.
pruritus,if assoc with NHL is seen only in the presence of skin involvment.
n pyrexia is secondary to infection,as a consequence of depressed immune function.
i wud go for, night sweats as answer to this question. 8)

Well, it has not been mentioned specifically in any of the textbooks regarding this. But, constituitional symptoms are more common with hodgkins.
All live vaccines are contra-indicated in immunodeficient ideally. A practical choice in developing countaries is to give BCG.
Tetanus can be prevented by inj. TT to mother
