Park says"The first prospective control trial of BCG showed it to be 80% effective over an observtion period of 20yrs,[So I opted that as it is the most appropriate here]Since then several well planned control trials have been conducted.Studies have shown that the range of protection offered by BCG varied from 0-80%.Full explanation for varying degrees of protection has yet to be found."

I think the qn is also controversial as is the issue.

I searched in the net and found that each trial came out with different figures of effectivenness.

Anyway what do experts say,shud we leave such qns unattempted??
