answer shld be 'a' for sure-maheshwari 2nd ed 204 pg.

regarding option 'c',mahesh 2nd ed pg 195 says,

'any adduction deformity is corrected first followed by inversion and then equinus deformity.if not done in this sequence,rocker bottom foot may result.'

so,its actually malcorrection which causes it.

I will go for 'A'
