Russian Red Degree of Excellence

Does the Russian Red Degree of Excellence hold any importance in achieving an exemption for medical exams in respective countries?
Is there any preference given to the Red Degree holders in applying for jobs?
Please inform if anyone has the relevent information.

Dear Colleague, The Red Degree is confined to Russia
only, anywhere else outside Russia
, your practical knowledge is more important than what you have on paper. If you already have one or heading to achieve one, its a fantastic achievement. keep it up and work hard, life outside Russia
is lot different. all the very best.

hi.I came 2 know that PG courses in English r offered only at the RYAZAN STATE I.P.PAVLOV MEDICAL UNIVERSITY.Cud u pls help me?is the college good?i am planning 2 do M.S.ORTHOPAEDICS.do u know if the course is good there?in case i do my PG there,can i write PLAB
& work in U.K later on?

Hi!
Disappointingly for you, Russian/USSR/CIS Red degree won't get you any kinda excemption from any screening exams, PLAB
, USMLE
, AMC. You must go thru all procedures like a normal degree holder.
You may just put down in your CV.

Krasniya Diploma is a dream come true. While maybe it wont fetch much value in India, it does come handy in other countries, but not in ways you think. It wont make you exempt from exams, but when you apply to colleges for MPH and stuff like that, your grades, and awards like Red Degree makes a lot of difference.
Remember exam scores are not the only things considered, experience, work, LORs, SOP, Great grades, honours and awards are considered. Mainly grades are.
So whoever says that a Red degree is of no value, is probably jealous and didnt get good enough grades.
