birth asphyxia

i too thought ans to be rh incompatibilty ,but the given ans. is baby of hypothyroid mother

no the ans is hypothyroidism in rh incompatibility plasma hb is raised which interferes with insulin function leading to pancreatic cell hyperplasia and hyperinsulinism the net result is hypoglycaemia
