hey man why are you worried then?

You are scoring a neat 72% according to your caculations. Even if we take standard deviation of +/- 10%, you will get a rank...see the prediction of the RxPG survey of cutoff on right side and dont forget that AIPGE this time is 4000+ seats (The notices are there on AIIMS noticeboard)

IF your assessment regarding the Questions attempted and correct answers is dependable, you can come within top 100 unless there is a large scale leak icon_cry.gif

Well that is the mnemonic of the month !!!

The full form is some where hidden in the forum posts

A easy way to remember MHC (major Histocompatibility ) or HLA (Human Leucocyte Antigen) and CD (Cluster of Differentiation)

It simply means

MHC (or HLA) I is associated with CD 8 Cells
MHC II is associated with CD 4 Cells

Code:
MHC x CD = 8 or HLA x CD = 8 :MHC I x CD 8 = 1 x 8 = 8 :MHC II x CD 4 = 2 x 4 = 8

Mnemonic:
Type Lepra Rxn+Type of Hyprsnstvty=5 or
Type I Lepra+Type 4 hyprsns=5=1+4= 5:
Type 2 Lepra+Type 3 Hyprsns=5

It simply means that Type I lepra reaction is associated with Type 4 hypersensitivity reaction and

Type II Lepra Reaction - Type 3 hypersensitivity reaction
