see pg 1870 and1873 of gray's Anatomy ,38th ed

1870pg mentions that cervix is about 2.5cm long

and on 1873 pg,under cervical mucosa,it is mentioned that the lower 1/3 rd of cervix is covered by non-keratinizing stratified sq. epithelium

1/3 rd of 2.5 cm is approx 8 mm.
sq.coloumnar junction shld therefore be located about 8mm from the lip.

so,option B is the answer here:)
