Dear members,

1. Best treatment for UB tumors (NONINVASIVE) is endoscopic surgery followed by intravesical CT (usually single dose mitomycin).

2. Second best would be BCG

3. Cystectomy as a primary modality is unnecessary nowadays coz it is feasible to easily follow up the patient by regular cystoscopies.
