cocaine paste is used for nasal septal conditions. but has got to do with the vaspconstricting property of cocaine than the anaesthetic property. cocaine paste is used to examine the nose in cases of allergic rhinitis where there is vasodilation.
and now that its known that cocaine is used in nasal diseases i would prefer option C - both , though i am not sure whether cocaine is used in nasal surgeries.
what say friends?????
