C/I to topical steroids are all except-
a.Dendritic ulcer b.Disciform keratitis c.Anterior Uveitis d.Acute angle Closure glaucoma

Tripathi says ans is b & c.

Shouldnt 'd' also be the answer?? As steroids can induce Open angle Glaucoma , why should CLOSED< be a C/I? Why r they C/I in uveitis??Arent steroids (Topical & systemic) very useful in Iridocyclitis??

not sure abt B but they are definitely contraindicated in anterior uveitis and shud be treated by antibiotics and mydriatics to rest the musculature.

i have always been taught as steroids for uveitis

this antibiotic concept for uveitis is new for me yaar
