an internist prescribes drug for acne to a patient .she was a lady ,of 30 years . her O.H. is G2-P2+0. she is suffering from nodulocystic acne ,diagnosed by his consultant . but he forgets an important advice to give .the drug was "isotretinoin". the advice is probably that.(1). practice of contraception ,during and 2 months after.(2). practice of contraception,during and till 6 months ,after t/t(3) report only if she was conceived.(4). t/t will likely to cause menstrual spotting.

no moose flowerchild is right it is recommended not to become pregnant for 6 months after stopping isotretinoin so i go with option (2)
