You can go thro' the older threads.
I think that Kundu is the best in comparison to all books mentioned. It is an unparallel clinical medicine book worth to read.
Alagappan is a theory book though entitled as 'Practical medicine' to stupify the students. Hutchinson & Macleods are great books but not complete so far as final year students appearing in exams are concerned. PJ Mehta is old-fashioned and with some wrong information.
Moreover, always ask your seniors who can guide you. We did so.

My confusion passed away. I got my answer. Seniors are also in the same opinion that Kundu Bedside Medicine is the best in all respect.

Kundu's is the best.
At exam time Teacher's note, memory of medicine clinics classes & Kundu's book are the best combination to pass smoothly, & may be with very high marks.

kumar & Clark is easily readable.
Kumar & Clark, & davidson both are better. Anyone in UG will do.
Kundu & Hutchison are a deadly combination in clinics.
Harrison is not required for average students in UG.

kundu would be more than anything and ya rule of thumb is try to go through a book many times is more useful thanreading many books without revision. so choose a good book and stick to that through final and reading it as much and many times . that's my word.
