wud sumbody like to elaborate on HIS bundle electrogram(HBE),which was asked in physio mock test 68.

His bundle electrography .
- is characterized by 3 distinctive spikes measuring electrical activity of atria, His bundle, and ventricles----A spike, H spike, and V spike.
the amt of time taken to traverse the AV node is reflected by the AH interval and the time spent in the His purkinj system is reflected by the HV interval

If the AH interval is lengthened, the block is above the bundle of His proximal).
If the HV interval is lengthened the block is below the bundle of His(distal).

So In Mobitz Type I AV block-- normal H-V interval and prolonged A-H interval.
Mobitz Type II AV block - normal A-H interval and prolonged H-V interval
