That’s what we all learned in the nursery of medical school.
I was just wondering why Salgunan chose FVC and incidentally Harrison mentions that FEV1/FVC may be normal in early COPD.
Ooff!!ooff!!puff!!puff!!
My doubt is how far do we consider such facts in solving MCQs in AIIMS and AIPGE

The best and only way to use Salgunan is to cut of the bottom 1 inch (containing question numbers and alphabets a,b,c,d next to them)

I FEEL THAT D IS CORRECT ANSWER. IN AIPGE , AIIMS WHERE THERE IS ONLY ONE CORRECT ANSWER WE SHOULD GO FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE ONE.
