(the one without the dash in the middle is some pompous course maily for SpRs and Consultants at Hammersmith - you end up being given a lecture with 100s of other people and it takes you nowhere)

The wone with the dash in the middle is a personalised service. They also do courses but with only 10 people so more accessible and you can discuss problems better. Also do 1 to 1 coaching and much cheaper.
