Manipal is actually a very good book with lots of pics for illustration purpose. Language is simple and text is fact oriented and to the point .Excellent for revisions of important topics . Lots of pnemonics also there in the book to help you memorize stuff .

srb is good but you cannot retain all the things given in the book on the day of exams. so better to read srb during normal days and switch to manipal manual one month before the exams so that you can easily retain and reproduce in the exam.

srb is neither standard book nor quick revisable book.. it contains sign which u never heard in lectures never seen in standard books.. its just what i feel.. cram whole manipal.. go for browsing b n l when u cant understand or when u feel to read it...
