Frustrated
Hello guys
I recently joined this forum and was wondering anyone can give advice for my situation. I completed my MBBS and for last three years preparing for PG and not doing anything much. This year took admission to MD FME but not liking it all. Work is depressing and not much job scope. Become too depressed. Already 8 years gone in study and achieved nothing significant. I was the only one from my 12th to get MBBS but now all my non MBBS friends are well settled in job and some IT guys even gone abroad earning salaries I cannot even dream about. I am not sure what to do. . I took admission in FME as no one to guide and parent's pressure to do something. Was becoming difficult to answer peoples question on what I am doing sitting at home but their kids are already abroad. Should I continue in FME which I have no interest in or waste another year in PG preparation?

It will be very depressing widout any pg but dat doesn't mean u compromise n take something in which u r not interested. It would be the best if u leave the fm and study seriously for pg. U ll definitely achieve ur subject of interest. All the best.

if you are really need a settled life.why don't you go central govt./psu jobs as medical officer.it would be much suited for your situation.just concentrate on your social life for some time, then go for post graduation.

ya,, sometimes pg preparation is quite depressing..
don't waste much time in taking a seat.. you may join govt job, get eligibility for applying exams., read again and take the seat..
remember your studies will never go in waste..
