A 38 year old man is complaining on epigastric pain which is worse with fasting, gets better after meals and wakes him at 2-4 AM. Further investigation reveals that the man is smoking for 5 years, and for the last two months he is using aspirin for the relief of headaches. What will be the best treatment after a proper diagnose:

A. Stop the use of ASPIRIN.
B. Stop the use of ASPIRIN and start treatment with Aluminium
Hydroxide and Magnesium Trisilicate.
C. Colloidal Bismuth and Erythromicin with RANITIDINE.
