Serologic markers of acute Hepatitis B infection-
HBsAg + HBeAg
HBsAg+ Core Ab
HBs Ag
HBcAg
Since it is not mentioned whether Core Ab is IgM or IgG, should we go for the 1st option?

The presence of IgM identifies an early acute infection. In the absence of HBsAg and anti-HBs, it shows recent infection. IgG with no IgM may be present in chronic and resolved infections.

thats wat the site says.great site by the prasanth-thanks!!

so yeah it clear of the given options answer should be a.

but if its mentioned that antobody is IgM then that will be the answer.
