b.clavicle
c.humerus
d.ulna

dc dutta says clavicle ,humerus ,femur are bones commonly injured during delivery but has not mentioned which one is the commonest

i got the reference. answer is clavicle alright.
given in nelson.

clavicle is the most common bone to be injured in birth trauma- specially during difficult delivery of the shoulder in vertex presentation or extended arms in breech presentation.the infant characteristically does not move his arm on the affected side.crepitus and bony irregularity may be palpated.and there may be discoloration of the skin overlying the #.moro reflex is absent on the afftected side
