a.tuberculosis
b.scalp infection

d.???

there was one more option
can someone plz provide the option

this Q appeared in CMC Vellore exam

the fourth option was Infectious mononucleosis(IMN).

The posterior triangle nodal group drains occipital/mastoid, lateral neck, scalp, nasal pharyngeal areas.

ans shd be all of the above!
