I am a general surgeon and I am not having a logbook. I have to get signed it back retrospectively. Is it really needed? . During my general surgery, I underwnt special postings of trauma,pediatric surgery, neurosurgery,plastic surgery,cardiothoracic surgery onemonth each.Is this enough or I have to undergo separatively? KIndly throw some light please.
