3.2 COST OF PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION:

D.M./M.Ch. Courses .. Rs.300/-

The admission for M.Ch./D.M.(Cardiology) is based on Entrance Examination to be held at Pondicherry on 12.06.2005 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM followed by personal interview / viva-voce examination.

The Prospectus and Application form can be obtained from the Registrar(Academic), JIPMER , Pondicherry - 605 006 by sending a Demand Draft (required value) payable to the Accounts Officer, JIPMER , JIPMER , Pondicherry-6. The Demand Draft should be drawn on any Nationalised Bank preferable Bank of Baroda payable at Pondicherry. The request for Prospectus and Application along with Crossed Demand Draft and two slips of candidate’s postal address of 2” X 3” size (to send the application to the candidate) should reach the Registrar(Academic), JIPMER , Pondicherry - 605 006 on or before 15.04.2005. Money Order/Cheque/Postal Order or any other form of payment will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to send their requisition superscribing on the top of the cover the name of the course for which application is required.

Service Candidates in the Government Institutions / Hospitals who desire to apply for seats earmarked for sponsored candidates should also submit their applications through their present employer in the prescribed form supplied by JIPMER .

THE LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF FILLED-IN APPLICATION FROM THE CANDIDATES IS 05.05.2005 (THURSDAY) TILL 04.30 P.M.
