Aim USMLE Step 1

Mbbs student who loves physics
I am a 2nd year mbbs student, who doesn't know why she took mbbs in the first place. And all I know about my liked is that I was an analytical mind, loved physics in 10+2, and was as confused as I am right now.

1 I am very confused right now, so the topic can be misleading. I am not going to leave mbbs at any cost.
2 I will be very grateful if someone could tell me about career options which I can think about which make me study some physics. I am not someone who will be able to self study and hard sciences along with my mbbs course.
3 USMLE is an option in my mind, mainly because US exposure, and because I *think* 'll be able to explore my options after residency, it is not a set path like in India. Maybe I find some nice interdisciplinary courses I can pursue, because research scope of India is depressing, specially in medical physics or biomedical engineering.

Help me please I am in a desperate condition, I would be happy to even know there are people with similar issues.

UNANSWERED: Creating separate cadre for mbbs in teaching faculty in medical colleges as tutors / demonstrators.

Aim MD Medicine

You might want to look into radiation oncology, nuclear medicine or radiology, as these have a decent amount of physics, esp rad Onc. You could even pursue medical physics.

Thankyou OMG100
Can you tell me about the scope of these fields in india?
And is it possible to actually pursue such specialities abroad,
In the US? Because it seems foreign medical graduates donot get any such specialities.
