ans given is c)

microscopic inclusions of the germinal epithelium of the ovary, found either in contact with the serosal covering or just below it; they have been implicated in the development of Brenner tumors..

transitional cell carcinomas of the fallopian tubes has, to date, been ascribed to transitional cell metaplasia of the tubal serosa or subserosal Walthard rests

The small yellowish nodules on the broad ligament bilaterally are common incidental findings called Walthard nests. Microscopically, they are composed of transitional-like cells and may occasionally be cystic and reach 2 to 3 mm in size.
