2. isotonic exercise
3. aerobic isotonic exercise

ans should be isometric exercise which is exemplified by the exercises performed by body builders like lifting weight. Isotonic exercises are the ones like walking, jogging which improve your cardiovascular performance status and hence are advised to patients with hypertension etc.

actually i have doubts regarding this ans.
if we consider dif b/n isometric and isotonic excersises-the basic difference is that in isotonic-muscle length changes ,tone remains same .external work is done in this case and not in isometric excersise.
this is as per iams notes and ganong.

so i think strength wd be increased when work done is substantial by the muscle-thats in isotonic.

i wd go with ISOTONIC.
pls correct me if i ve a wrong concept.
